To urgently review and submit coordinated proposals on the merits of the issue (making changes to certain points in the Resolution of the Customs Union Commission on the application of tariff preferences, full exemption from customs duties and taxes, and the extension of periods for temporary import and the application of specific customs procedures for importing civilian passenger aircraft).

No further actions have been taken for resolution of this issue since the meeting chaired by Minister of Economic Development A.V. Ulyukaev on 15.11.2013 at the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, at which it was decided to extend the preferences established by paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Customs Union Commission Resolution dated 16.07.2010 № 328 until 31.12.2017, with the same stipulation on seat numbers of between 111 and 170.

Sub-Commission meeting minutes, signed by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration I.I.
