Information on contracts made in 2013 for sale and purchase of shares / participatory stakes in non-core assets
JSC Aeroflot sold 200 ordinary registered shares of the company JSC Aerofirst (66.6% of its share capital). The competition, which was held in order to sell the stake, obtained a price of RUB 1,230.0 million roubles, which was RUB 329.0 million more than the price determined by an independent appraiser. The income to JSC Aeroflot from the sale (according to RAS rules) was RUB 729.9 million.
